This early 1900's restored handhewn log home is furnished in antique furniture. It is situated in a garden setting on a horse farm surrounded by perennial flowers, trees, and shrubs.
The guest house has three bedrooms upstairs and a sitting room, dining room, kitchen with cooking facilities and bath downstairs. Guests can relax in the sitting room or on the wrap around porch and enjoy the flowers and the koi in the pond, in the peace and quiet of a country setting.
The Ashland area has beautiful Lake Superior and many inland lakes and streams for all types of recreational use. For the avid golfer there are a number of courses nearby, one within 3 miles of the guest house. After a day of sightseeing or hiking or biking the areas numerous trails you can enjoy a massage from the onsite massage therapist or relax on a carriage ride pulled by the farms Norwegian Fjord horses.

The guest house is located 5 miles from Ashland, Wisconsin, which is on the Chequamegon Bay of Lake Superior and only 20 miles from Bayfield and the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore.
There are 3 comfortable bedrooms that will sleep up to 7 people. There are also six other old restored log buildings on the property, all part of the Golden Fleece Village.
